suddenly feels more like a nightmare, a burden, the dark night of your freakin’ soul?
→ You start show running your damn life.
About Me
I’m Krystee De Souza — writer, speaker, mindset mentor, and Hollywood escapee.
I spent a decade chasing my Hollywood dream of creating and producing my own show—until I realized I’d stopped showrunning my own life.
Somewhere between loss, reinvention, a move to Brazil, and a few major plot twists, I discovered the real dream behind the dream.
It wasn’t one glittering achievement. It was a way of living—creative, soul-aligned, and more fulfilling than the dream I once romanticized.
Now I help other displaced creatives connect the dots between their skills, stories and experience so they can reclaim their creative power and produce the greatest show they’ll ever run: their life.
Want to know more about Brazil, reinvention, and my own plot twist?
The shoulds, the doubts, the perfectionism – they’ve been running the show for too damn long!
You’re mid-career, high-functioning, purpose-driven.
You’ve poured years into your dream only to find yourself:
Burned out
Sidelined
Trapped in a version of success that no longer fits the season you’re in.
You’re left feeling stable but not satisfied. Fine but not fulfilled.
You’re not the only one living this storyline.
Does this sound like you?
You have the skills, the ideas, but feel pigeon-holed, unsure of what to do next.
You went after the dream but somewhere along the way, the world, an industry, a harsh critic dimmed your spark.
You look good on paper but between the promotions and the pressure, you have no idea where your creative self went.
You work near what you love, but not in it. It feels like you’re watching your own story from the sidelines.
No more!
Your calling has not slipped away.
You haven’t missed your moment.
It’s just waiting for you to step into your role as showrunner.
